The founder and Principal of Aayaadi Associates is Ar. Suresh Sharma. (Master of Architecture) having a range of experience from single family residential to large scale mixed projects, more than 18 year of work experience and specialization in execution and designing.

SPECIALIZATION

Over the past 18 years he has visited and studied deeply vernacular architecture style of Himachal Pradesh. He has touched the extreme interior places which still resides with the architectural quality of ancient Himachal and are still unknown to the world. Some of its inspirations reflect in the recently completed projects of the firm. His specialization also lies in the planning & execution in hills, GIS and all road designing works.

Proven expertise in executing Civil Engineering works of residential building, Industrial Buildings, Resorts and Group housing Projects. Adapt in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies. Strong organizational experience with expertise in multidimensional execution of projects for multiple clients along with optimizing recourse utilisation and contract management. Skillful in liosoning with internal departments and external authorities such as consultants, contractors & Govt. authorities for seamless operations and timely completion of projects.
